Kyle talked about treasure last night. Not the kind that we'll be seeing this weekend with Pirates of the Caribbean, but the kind of treasure that has a deep place in our heart. Where is our hearts at if our treasures are an indicator of our heart? God should be the treasure that we long to persue more then anything else, yet it's safe to say that He often gets crowded out by many other things that can take up our attention in this life.

Thoughts?

Hey Jesse! Well, I've always been one for treasure hunting. Really! I think God put that in my heart as a desire. But I too, don't really look for the jewels and gold. There is something I seek each day, a longing for a closer walk with God. Thanks for that analogy..Jesse, I must say that God really does speak through you. Its amazing how much I opened up after spending just one summer at CnC in Vernon. Thanks!

Awesome Colleen, and thanks for your encouragment! :) I think when we keep God as our greatest desire, then so many things in life fall into the right place. I love that you're persuing God that way!
